Studio ("we," "us," "our") operates the website at use.studio. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. We wrote it to be straightforward — no walls of legalese.
Right now, Studio is in early access. The only personal information we collect is:
We do not collect payment information, browsing history, location data, or any other personal data at this stage.
Your email address is stored securely through Buttondown, our email newsletter service. Buttondown processes and stores your data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your email address to any third party.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party beyond the service providers necessary to operate Studio (currently Buttondown for email delivery).
You can:
These rights apply regardless of where you are located (GDPR, CCPA, or otherwise).
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personal data. It provides aggregate metrics only (page views, visitor counts, referral sources).
We also use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel may set cookies and collect data such as your IP address, browser information, and pages visited on our site. This data is used to optimize ad delivery and measure conversions. You can opt out of Meta's tracking via your Facebook ad preferences or by using browser-level cookie controls.
Studio is not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the effective date above. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email.
